How long does clinic setup take in Dubai?
Much depends on premises, fit-out and recruitment. The DHA facility licensing steps themselves can take from about one month to several months, and practitioner licensing runs in parallel. A typical outpatient clinic project, from signed premises to opening, often spans six to nine months. We build a realistic timeline for your specific project at the feasibility stage.
Which authority licenses my clinic in the UAE?
It depends on location. Facilities in Dubai are licensed by DHA through its Sheryan system, facilities in Dubai Healthcare City by DHCR, those in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra by DoH Abu Dhabi, and those in the northern emirates by MOHAP. Each has its own design guidelines, inspection standards and activation requirements, which is why location decisions should come before design.
Can you help us set up a clinic in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. In Saudi Arabia private facilities are licensed through the Ministry of Health, practitioners are classified and registered by SCFHS, and insured care runs through CHI rules and NPHIES. We plan the licensing sequence, practitioner registration, CHI and insurance readiness and NPHIES connectivity together, because each depends on the others for a timely opening.
Do you guarantee our licence will be approved?
No. Licences are issued only by the regulator, based on its own review and inspection. What we provide is experienced preparation: a compliant design brief, complete submissions, mock inspections and prompt responses to regulator comments. That removes many of the avoidable reasons applications are delayed or returned, but the final decision always rests with the authority.
What does clinic setup consulting cost?
Fees depend on the facility type, number of specialties, location and how much of the process you want us to manage, from a feasibility study only to full project management through opening. We scope each project individually and provide a fixed proposal after an initial discovery call, so there are no surprises later.
