Tulazai Health Management Consultancy ("Tulazai Health", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through tulazai.com, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect

  • Booking and contact details you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, role, country and what you would like to discuss.
  • Company profile requests: name, email and organisation.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security, and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient health information through this website.

Why we use it

  • To arrange and hold the call or meeting you booked, and to send confirmations and reminders by email or WhatsApp.
  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
  • To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (hosting, email delivery, calendar and WhatsApp messaging), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case engagement records are kept as required for our business and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@tulazai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The website uses a session cookie needed for forms to work securely. If analytics is enabled, it is loaded after the page and does not identify you personally.
