Clinics

Clinic consulting for owners who want a clinic that runs well

Setup, licensing, insurance and billing support for single and multispecialty clinics.

Most clinics in the GCC are founded by doctors and investors who know medicine or business well, but not the full chain of licensing, insurance, billing and staffing that decides whether a clinic is profitable. Our clinic consulting fills that gap, from the first feasibility question to a clinic that bills correctly and sees patients on time.

We work with single-specialty clinics, multispecialty clinics and dental and day-surgery practices. The support is practical: plans, documents, workflows and hands-on coordination with the parties involved, delivered by a team with 18+ years of healthcare operations and revenue cycle experience in the region.

What gets in the way

The challenges we see most

01

Long and unclear licensing journeys

Facility licensing, practitioner licensing and approvals from several authorities run in parallel. A missing document or a design that does not match the requirements can hold an opening back for weeks.

02

Getting onto insurance networks

Many patients choose a clinic based on whether it accepts their insurance card. New clinics often struggle to get empanelled with the payers and networks their catchment actually uses.

03

Claims rejected for avoidable reasons

Missing authorisations, coding mismatches and incomplete notes lead to rejections that small billing teams do not have time to appeal, so revenue is written off instead of recovered.

04

Owner dependence and thin management

In many clinics the owner doctor is also the manager. Without clear roles, scheduling rules and reporting, growth stalls as soon as the owner is busy in the consultation room.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in your clinic consulting service?
Clinic consulting can cover feasibility, setup planning, licensing support, insurance empanelment, revenue cycle design and daily operations. Some owners engage us for the full journey from idea to opening, while others ask for one area, such as improving claim approvals in an existing clinic. We agree the scope and priorities with you before any work begins.
Can you guarantee my clinic licence or insurance approval?
No consultant can honestly guarantee that. Licences are issued by the health authority and empanelment decisions are made by each insurer. What we do is prepare complete and accurate files, align the facility with published requirements, anticipate common objections and manage follow-up, which removes many of the avoidable reasons for delays and refusals.
Do you work with existing clinics that are losing money?
Yes. A large part of our clinic work is with established clinics where revenue, patient volume or staff productivity has not met expectations. We usually start with a short diagnostic of billing, payer mix, scheduling and costs, then agree a focused improvement plan that the clinic team can carry forward.
Which specialties do you support?
We support general practice, multispecialty, dental, dermatology, physiotherapy, diagnostic and day-surgery settings, among others. Each specialty has its own licensing requirements, equipment needs and coding patterns, so the plan is adapted to what your clinic actually does rather than following a generic template.
